General Conditions of Sale
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Ms. Sonia Martorana (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") with non-professional buyers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer"), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by the Seller on the website "The Black Cat Emporium" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").
These T&Cs are accessible at any time on the Site and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those which appear on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer, within the limit of available stocks. The essential characteristics of the products and their prices are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated by the Customer.
4. Order
The Customer may place an order directly on the Site. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the order by sending a confirmation email. The sale will only be considered final after sending this confirmation email and receipt of the price.
5. Payment
Payment for orders is made by credit card via a secure platform or by any other means of payment indicated on the Site. The price is payable in full at the time of ordering. In the event of payment by credit card, the debit is made immediately.
6. Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process. Delivery times are indicated on the Site for information purposes only. In the event of a delay in delivery, the Customer will be informed by e-mail.
The risks associated with transport are borne by the Seller until delivery of the products to the address indicated by the Customer.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. The period runs from receipt of the products.

8. Return and Refund
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Seller will reimburse the Customer for all sums paid, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by the Seller) within fourteen (14) days from notification of withdrawal, provided that the products have been returned to the Seller.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer when ordering.
9. Guarantees
The products supplied by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by e-mail to

The Seller shall not be liable in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract due either to the actions of the Customer, or to the insurmountable and unforeseeable actions of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Ms. Sonia Martorana. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the Site whether software, visual or audio.
12. Personal Data
The information collected by the Seller when the Customer places an order is necessary for managing the order and improving the services offered. It may be transmitted to the Seller's contractual partners involved in the execution of this order. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and object to personal data concerning him/her, by sending a request by e-mail toinfo@theblackcatemporium.com
13. Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear the matter.
14. Modification of the T&Cs
The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The new General Terms and Conditions will only apply to sales made after their publication on the Site.
